On Friday, July 8, the Ontario Racing Commission released its decision regarding an appeal by driver Mike Saftic
.
Saftic was appealing a ruling in which he was fined $200 for 'failure to come up and remain on the starting gate' during a race at Mohawk Racetrack on June 7.
The ORC panel which was hearing Saftic's appeal denied it.
