Prairie Lily Stakes Re-Established

Standardbred Canada and Cornerstone Raceway (Yorkton) are pleased to announce that the 2013 Prairie Lily Pace has been re-established. The new race date will be Friday, August 23 at Yorkton.

The original event that was scheduled for September 8 was cancelled with the announcement of the cancellation of the 2013 race meet at West Meadows Racetrack. Cornerstone Raceway (Yorkton) will now be co-sponsoring the event along with Standardbred Canada in 2013.

The new nomination date for the Prairie Lily is Thursday, August 1, 2013.

Owners who have already paid to nominate their mares and want to remain in the event can confirm with Caren Brown-Stockwell by August 1 via email or phone (905-858-3060, Ext. 258) and SC will keep the nomination fee that was originally paid on May 15.

The owners that want to receive refunds for the original nomination that was due on May 15 must also notify Caren Brown-Stockwell by August 1 via email or phone (905-858-3060, Ext. 258) and the nomination fee(s) will be returned.

If mailing your nomination fees, please use the generic stakes payment form on the SC website. New nominations must be post-marked on or before August 1.

Nomination fees can also be paid with by credit card or debit using SC Stakes Online.
