Longtime Quebec horseman Rosaire Maguire passed away on June 7, 2023 at the Center d'accueil St-Joseph de Lévis in Quebec at the age of 82.
Husband of the late Martine Rhéaume, son of the late Marie-Anne Drouin and the late Philip Maguire. He lived in Lévis, Que. He is survived by his children, Manon Maguire (Gilles Desgagnés), Jean-François Maguire (Julie Malenfant), Pascale Maguire (Sylvain Ouellet); his granddaughters, Myriam Maguire (Alberto Giudici) and Kathy Maguire; his brothers and sister, Jean-Noël Maguire (Denise Larochelle), Gérard Maguire (Nicole Breton), Hélène Maguire s.s.c.m., late Cécile Maguire s.s.c.m.; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Roch Rhéaume (Rose Côté), Christiane Rhéaume and Laurent Rhéaume (Claudette Rhéaume), late Denise Rhéaume (late Eddy Gobeil), late Suzanne Rhéaume (late Jean-Guy Morin), late Marc Rhéaume (late Normande Gagnon), late Madeleine Rhéaume (late Jean-Paul Blaney), as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences in the presence of the ashes at the Rejean Hamel Funeral Residence Inc., located at 6161 Pomerol Street in Saint-Emile, Que., on Saturday, July 22 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
