Eldorado Scioto Downs has announced that the $400,000 Jim Ewart Memorial and the $200,000 Charlie Hill Memorial will be suspended for the 2020 racing season.
Due to the current economic environment, it has been decided to keep overnight purse competitive to 2019 levels for Ohio horsemen. Therefore, Grand Circuit events have been suspended with the intention of reintroducing the events in 2021.
Nomination payments for the Hill and Ewart Memorial were due June 15; any nomination payments received to this point will be refunded.
