It has been announced for the second time this week that trainers will have to pay a fee in order to qualify their horses.
The Quebec Jockey Club has announced that qualifying races at Hippodrome 3R will begin on April 23 and will be held on each Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m.
Entries should be submitted by Monday at 12:00 noon.
A fee of $10 (including taxes) per horse should be paid at the race office before the first post time of the qualifiers.

The Meadowlands Racetrack announced earlier this week that horsemen will have to pay a fee for training on Fridays and for qualifying two-year-olds.
