The goal of the initiative is to ensure full accessibility to officials, so that racing participants can get answers to their questions in a timely way.
For general inquires about racing matters – during regular office hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., contact the ORC's head office (416-213-0520) and ask to be connected to a manager in Racing Operations.
Racing-related issues – Day of Draw or Race day
If you have a question or concern about a specific race-related matter – such as scratches, explanation of rules, clarification of eligibility or questions about draws – contact the panel of officials at the appropriate track. The following cell phone numbers are equipped with voicemail, so be sure to leave a clear message with your name, contact number and short description of your inquiry.
