Tioga & Vernon Downs would like to remind racing participants that Empire Breeders Classic stakes payments are due on March 15.
The $1 million USD (estimated) Empire Breeders Classic will follow the same format as the past few seasons, raced as a single event with no eliminations, being split into divisions with the purse and entry fee to be divided by the number of divisions if more than 10 are declared to race.
Payments are due by March 15 to sustain a three-year-old to race in 2024, nominate a two-year-old to race in 2025 or nominate a sire standing in New York to make the 2023 foals eligible to the 2026 race.
