Effective Thursday, March 3, in accordance with Public Health guidance, Flamboro Downs will be transitioning from active screening (removal of QR code) to passive screening. Horsepeople are asked to stay home if sick/ill/have symptoms or if Public Health advises self-isolation/isolation due to your specific circumstance.

Paddock capacity limits and the face covering mandate for all racing participants, guests and team members remain in place.

"While the battle against COVID-19 is not yet over, the easing of restrictions is a positive step in the right direction as we return to normal," said Chad Gates, general manager. "We understand how challenging the impacts of COVID-19 have been on everyone and appreciate the co-operation, understanding and dedication that you have all shown to put each other’s well-being first. The health and safety of racing participants,  guests and team members continues to remain of utmost importance to us."
