Longtime horseman Richard Alfred "Richard" Carroll of Iona, Ont. passed away quietly at his home on Friday, Feb. 3 at the age of 86.
Survived by his loving wife Mary of 58 years. Loved father of Alfie, Angie (Garrett) and special Grandfather of Tenley and Colten Rooney. Richard is survived by his sister Margaret (Chuck) McCallum and his brother Bruce (Beth) Carroll as well as a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Lila and his brothers Bill, Dave, Archie and Tom.
There will be no funeral home visitation or service. Donations in memory of Richard may be left to the charity of your choice.
