The Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) has been advised that lawyers representing Jeffrey Brooks & Bulletproof Enterprises have filed an application for a Judicial Review of an ORC Ruling.
On August 30, 2013, the Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) released a Ruling in the Matter of the Appeal of Jeffrey Brooks & Bulletproof Enterprises. The Panel denied the appeal.

As a result of the Judicial Review, the implementation of the Jeffrey Brooks & Bulletproof Enterprises ORC Ruling will not proceed until the Court renders its decision.
The ORC will communicate relevant details and instruction to the industry as soon as possible.
