Another Stud Heads To Ohio

Sugar Valley Farm of Delaware, Ohio, in conjunction with Thomas King III, D. M. Hartley, Leo Stepanian & Brian Shoplick is pleased to announce that proven sire Keystone Savage will be joining the Sugar Valley Farm stallion roster for the 2013 breeding season.

Keystone Savage 2,1:58; 3,1:56 ($446,510), a major stakes winner at age two, is by the amazing Yankee Glide, and out of the Speedy Crown mare Keystone Suzie Q.

At two he had the biggest payday of his career when he captured the final of the Peter Haughton Memorial at the Meadowlands. He then came back at three to win a NJSS event in a career best 1:56.

Already a proven sire, Keystone Savage moves to Ohio from Indiana where from just 37 starters he has 23 winners and shows progeny earnings of over $1.2 million - an average of $32,833 per starter. Leading the way are Blueridge Abagail 3,1:56.3 ($236,750) and Jazzi Jo 3,1:57.1 ($209,021).

He will be standing his first season in Ohio for a fee of $1,500 with a multiple mare discount of $500 available.
