Downbytheseaside Book Full And Closed

Diamond Creek announced on Thursday evening (Nov. 18) that, due to overwhelming demand, Downbytheseaside is fully booked and closed for 2022.

The leading two-year-old sire of 2021, Downbytheseaside produced Sea Silk ($584,092, 1:50.3), Gulf Shores ($493,967, 1:51.3) and Pebble Beach ($361,250, 1:48.4) from his first crop. On the strength of that success, the career winner of $2,283,068 attracted a wide range of top mares for the upcoming breeding season.

Diamond Creek would like to thank all of the breeders who supported Downbytheseaside in his first years at stud.

Additionally, Diamond Creek would like to announce that its returning stallion Creatine has now been fully syndicated and is nearing a closed book.

Creatine’s popularity was cemented after the win by his son Jujubee in the Breeders Crown. The three-year-old also won the Kentucky Futurity, earned $961,857 and twice trotted to victory in under 1:50 in 2021.

Space remaining for public breedings to Creatine is extremely limited.

Both Downbytheseaside and Creatine will be standing at Sugar Valley Farm in Ohio in 2022. They are joined by Marseille under the management of Diamond Creek Farm. For bookings to Creatine ($4,000, no shipped semen) or Marseille ($3,000), please contact [email protected] or 717-638-7100.
