The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has approved the application made by Rideau Carleton Raceway to amend the 2022 race date schedule at the Ottawa oval.
The following three Thursday race dates in December have been deleted from Rideau's live racing schedule: Dec. 1, 8 and 15.
A race date on Sunday, Dec. 18 has been added, with post time set for 6:30 p.m.
The application for amendment to the 2022 race date schedule was reviewed by Ontario Racing and Ontario Lottery and Gaming, and recommendations for approval of the changes were received from both organizations.
The approved changes to the 2022 race date schedule are also conditional upon approval by the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency.
