Mike Lachance and his nephew, Luc Ouellette, both entered Monday needing 28 wins for milestone driving wins.
Lachance is nearing 10,000 for his career while Ouellette is closing in on 8,000. Earlier this year, Lachance's son, Patrick, reached 1,000.
Mark MacDonald needs nine wins to reach 4,000 for his career and will become only the third driver to reach that level prior to the age of 31.
In 2006, MacDonald, who will turn 30 in December, was the youngest driver to reach 3,000 lifetime triumphs, but saw Tim Tetrick supplant him last season. Tetrick reached 4,000 earlier this year.
