Moosette also scored from the pylon post, but rolled uncovered into the final turn and then blew her competition to dust in a 1:54.2 mile in the Fillies & Mares Open Pace. The four-year-old Hes Watching mare raced third while Glimpseofgoodness set a clip of :29.2 and :57.3. Brandon Campbell made his move with Moosette up the backside, ranging to match strides with Glimpseofgoodness to three-quarters in 1:25.3 and spurting clear. Through the lane, she opened her lead to pass the beam five lengths better than favourite Lady Neigh Neigh, who closed for second. Glimpseofgoodness settled for third.
