On Monday, September 19, Christopher F. Arnold was sentenced to serve a 20-year term in prison. Earlier this year he was found guilty of a litany of charges in regard to the abduction of a patron of the Finger Lakes Racetrack in upstate New York.
An article by democratandchronicle.com has explained that in July of this year, Ronald Coleman, 23, and Arnold, 31, were each found guilty of one count of first-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, one count of second-degree robbery and one count of second-degree assault.
Earlier this month, Coleman was sentenced to a 15-years-to-life jail term for his role in the plot.
The charges are in regard to an October 21, 2010 incident where a 58-year-old patron of the racino that had just won $7,777 was abducted, assaulted and robbed before he was able to get away and call police.
