Horse Racing New Brunswick (HRNB) will host a six-dash card on Saturday, Aug. 26 at Connell Park in Woodstock, New Brunswick. First post time is 1 p.m.
Saturday's card will feature a double dash that will see previous horses in earlier races go a half-mile race to finish the card in race six. Both the Winners Over top lass and the second heat of the double dash will offer purses of $2,500.
Race five has been locked in as the $2,500 feature with a happy group of four pacers set to compete.
Day Of Honor (Colin Decourcey) has drawn the favourable post one. Elm Grove Quest will take on the boys from post two for Mark Haig. Rounding out the top class will be Emperor and Jeff Lewis, and Therealprincess for Dr. Mitchell Downey.
Race six will see the seven starters from the second and third races on the card return for a $2,500 half-mile dash.
Wagering is available through HPIBet, and if fans can't make it to Connell Park, there will be a livestream available on Universum Media's channel on YouTube with selections available on the HRNB website.
