Trainer Jackie Greene teamed with driver Jay Randall for a hat trick at Saratoga Casino Hotel on Saturday evening (July 1).

Hudson Phil started the ball rolling in the seventh race, a $7,500 condition pace, for Team Greene-Randall.

As the gate pulled away, Hudson Phil settled in along the pylons, but as soon as American Rebel cleared the front and just before the quarter in :28, Randall was on the move with Hudson Phil. The pair took over command and kept going through the half in :57 and three-quarters in 1:25. Hudson never looked back as he kept pedaling to a two-length victory in 1:53.4. American Rebel pocketed second and Major Camby was third.

Hudson Phil, owned by the Kellogg Racing Stables LLC, earned his 42nd career win, moving his career earnings to $690,119.

Artful Way is no stranger to the winner's circle as the 11-year-old Artistic Fella-Art Debut son made his 75th trip to get his picture taken in the $11,500 condition pace.

Randall followed the pocket trip behind Toatsmygoats through panels in :27.4, :57.2 and 1:25 before tipping out in the final turn. Down the stretch, Herrickroosevelt N, Mr Perfect N and Artful Way battled for the win. Artful Way prevailed by a half-length in 1:53.3. Herrickroosevelt N was second and Mr Perfect N finished third.

Greene trains Artful Way for Kellogg Racing Stables LLC as he moved his career bankroll to $871,210.

Im No Outlaw N posted the fastest mile time of the Greene triad, winning the $14,500 Winners Over Pace in 1:52.3.

The eight-year-old gelded son of Bettors Delight-Ideal Pocket controlled the tempo in :26.4, :56.2 and 1:24.1 before pulling off to a 1-3/4-length victory. Century Endeavor finished second and Six Degrees was third.

Co-owned by Kellogg Racing Stables LLC and Jackie Greene Stables LLC, Im No Outlaw N has 24 wins to go along with $173,518 in career earnings.

There was an accident in the Winners-Over race in which drivers Luke Hanners and Leon Bailey were transported to hospital for further medical assessment. Odds On Blockchain walked off the track and Mikibytheseaside was transported to a local facility for further medical evaluation. Updates will be provided as they are known.

After winning the evening nightcap, Saratoga honoured Jim Devaux for his 7,000th driving win, which was earned on June 28 at Monticello Raceway.

Racing at the Spa resumes on Sunday for a matinee card with a first post of 12 p.m. (EDT).
