Joe and Joann Thomson, owners of Winbak Farm, one of North America’s largest Standardbred farms, and Pacer Financial have a lot to celebrate.
Pacer Financial is a national wholesaling company that is bringing unique solutions to the financial marketplace. Pacer ETFs, a large part of the Pacer Financial organization, recently celebrated its third birthday with a big milestone of more than $2 billion in assets under management (AUM).
The line-up of Pacer ETFs includes 13 funds in three fund families each designed to help investors with specific needs.
• The Pacer Trendpilot ETFs are based on a trend following strategy that alternates exposure between a Benchmark Index and three-Month US T-Bills using three indicators.
• The Pacer Cash Cows Series ETFs aim to provide capital appreciation over time by screening broad based indexes to identify quality companies with high free cash flow yield.
• The Pacer Custom ETFs are strategy-driven, rules based ETFs each designed to offer a specific investment focus.
More than 50 employees and their families celebrated their achievements at Winbak Farm on Wednesday, June 27th. They took the official learning tour of Winbak Farm and learned about the farm’s rich history and its mark on the Standardbred horse industry with its breeding, yearling and racing divisions.
Pacer Financial was named because of Thomson’s love for the sport of harness racing.
