While it wasn't the Father's Day that race fans have come to love at Clinton Raceway, it didn't stop them from wagering on Sunday's (June 21) 10-race card at the Huron County oval.

With just shy of $62,000 bet through the online portal of HPIbet.com, Clinton has kicked off their 2020 campaign with two of their most successful weeks of wagering ever.

Brett MacDonald heated things up on the track, registering three more driving wins on top of his four last week. The fastest mile of the day went in 1:57.2, with Shadow Me Themoney ($9.20, MacDonald) achieving that mark in the third race and Myinsidevoice ($3.00, Louis-Philippe Roy) matching it in the fifth.

Eliminations for the $60,000 Kin Pace will be contested next Sunday (June 28), followed by the final on Sunday, July 5. Fans are encouraged to sign up through HPIbet.com and watch the live race stream at www.clintonraceway.com.

Live race post time for the remainder of the season is set for 1:30 p.m.
