The new PEI Colt Stakes Graduate Series for four and five-year-old horses and mares will be presented in July and August with the $9,500 finals being held in September. The series is sponsored by Kays Wholesale and JD Marine & Diving Inc. in partnership with the breed development fund of the PEI Standardbred Breeders Association.

The Island Trot Challenge will be unveiled this season supported by the Fox Group. The series will showcase the top trotters in action all summer leading to a fall finale on Atlantic Breeders Crown day, Sunday, Oct. 8.

MacRae’s Backhoe & Trucking is proud to sponsor the Open Mares final on Atlantic Breeders Crown Sunday with the Joe & Steven MacRae Memorial for $15,500. The company will also sponsor a fall non-winners series with details to be announced later.
