Rosecroft Cards To Referendum?

According to a report, Maryland Senators today amended and passed a bill regarding expanded gaming in the state. An aspect of the bill indicates that a referendum could

be allowed for the possible implementation of card games at Rosecroft Raceway.

An article on wjz.com states that the amended bill also gives the green light for slot machines at particular non-profit organizations in Worcester County.

The report also states that the legislation now has to be approved by the House or else a compromise has to be found.
