It has been reported that the end of the greyhound racing at the Twin River Slot Parlor in Rhode Island may be just around the corner

According to a report on businessweek.com, a House committee will tomorrow debate a new budget plan from Gov. Don Carcieri that would end dog races at the location.

The article states that Carcieri's legislation reflects a plan which would allow the gambling hall to operate around the clock.
