Tioga and Vernon Downs stall applications for the 2023 racing season are due on Wednesday, March 15.
The stall applications are available for download under the 'Racing' tab from the 'Horsemen' pages at tiogadowns.com and vernondowns.com.
Forms must be completed in their entirety and signed to be valid. The backside at both facilities opens on April 1.
Applications should be sent to Andrew 'Shades' Demsky at Tioga Downs ([email protected]) and Scott Warren at Vernon Downs ([email protected]).
Both tracks are the only non-half-mile ovals in the entire Empire State and provide lucrative racing opportunities.
