Laura Barker, a real estate agent from Woodstock, Ontario, who also fosters horses for the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society, has made a unique pledge to the organization.
Barker currently has a hobby horse farm for sale on the outskirts of Otterville, Ontario, and has pledged $500 to OSAS once the farm is sold. Details of the property may be viewed through the link below.
Founded in 1996, OSAS is dedicated to the placement of retired Standardbreds within the province and has successfully co-ordinated the adoptions of hundreds of horses since its inception.
