Harry Sukhram of The Bronx, New York won the March 26 qualifier for the NTRA National Handicapping Championship at Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment. The $400 no-takeout contest attracted a field of 94 entries representing several surrounding states.

The Meadowlands NHC qualifier required each contestant to make at least 10 $20 wagers on their choice of races from Aqueduct, Gulfstream and Tampa Bay Downs.
