MGM Northfield Park has announced a $25,000 estimated $1 Pick-5 total pool for its card of harness racing on Saturday (Feb. 4).
The percentage of winning favourites continued to drop on Wednesday (Feb. 1), as longshots played havoc throughout the sequence creating a carryover of $4,260. The Pick-5 begins in Race 6.
Northfield's $1 Pick-3s, Pick-4s, Pick-5, 50-cent Pick-6 and 20-cent Super High Five offer a reduced take-out rate of just 14 per cent.
Saturday’s first post time is 6 p.m.
