With the return of a four-day schedule, MGM Northfield Park will return to a 6 p.m. (EST) first race post time beginning with the Sunday (Jan. 1) program.
MGM Northfield Park will kick off their 2023 season with racing on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday through June 4, when the Northeast Ohio facility will be dark on Tuesdays and pick up Mondays.
A live race night on Friday, Jan. 13 will be the lone exception to the schedule in January with no live racing on Saturday, Jan. 14.
With the new year, also comes a new guaranteed wager. Beginning Sunday, MGM Northfield Park will add a $10,000 guaranteed 20-cent Super High-5 to the first race each night. If no one has the correct combination, the wager would carryover until 13th race Super High-5.
