Arnies Angel brushed three-wide through the lane to capture Tuesday’s (Dec. 13) feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $12,100 filly & mare conditioned pace.
Arnies Angel was third into the final turn when Ridge Warren angled her off the cones and showed her racetrack. The six-year-old daughter of Big Jim-Tearosa overtook Graceful Horizon in deep stretch and defeated her by 1-3/4 lengths in 1:53.1. The first-over Leave Her Wild finished third.
Randy Taft trains Arnies Angel, who soared over $200,000 in career earnings, for Mali Norbye and Arnold Witkin.
Dave Palone collected four wins on the 13-race card while Hunter Myers and Warren each enjoyed a triple.
