Six-Pack For Henry

Trevor Henry put on a driving clinic at Western Fair Raceway on Friday night winning six times throughout the course of the 14-race program

Henry won the second race Mvs Royal Pride ($6.30) for trainer Gus Pseeko and then went back-to-back in the seventh and eighth races with Kesons Sergei ($19.70) for Paul Taylor and Cammie Dare ($3.40) for James Riehl. Henry then rolled off three more consecutive victories beginning in the 10th race with The Super Aussie ($12.80) for John Sullivan, Unchained Desire ($3.50) for Larry Johnson and Howmacs Dropnick ($2.50) for Larry Gorman.

Henry currently ranks sixth in Canada for wins this year with 424. He has won 183 of those races at Western Fair, placing him second in the track’s standings -- Henry trails Doug McNair, who was away at the Meadowlands tonight, by 41 wins. The 39-year-old resident of Arthur, Ont. has recorded 3,763 victories lifetime while banking over $24.2 million in purse earnings.
