Can Rideau Host A Casino?

Is Rideau Carleton Raceway still a possible casino location? While reports published Friday night seemed to drop the track from the equation, the OLG states that is not the case.

According to a story posted on CBC Friday night, the new agreement signed by the city of Ottawa with the OLG would prevent a casino from being built at the track. According to OLG Senior Manager of Media Relations Tony Bitonti, that report is incorrect.
