At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees, Lawrence S. DeVan was elected president of the Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame, effective January 15.
Elbridge T. Gerry Jr. announced his retirement after over 20 years of dedicated service as the institution’s president. Gerry will continue to help guide the museum as chairman of the executive committee.
Max Hempt was elected treasurer and will continue his role as vice president.
Steve Oldford was elected vice president.
