Ocean Downs recently recognized a milestone achieved by circuit driver Frank Milby earlier in the month.

Frank Milby, joined by family and friends, was honoured during the June 20 program at Ocean Downs for his 3,000th driving win. The win, aboard the “family owned horse” Lady Kahn, came in the ninth race on June 6 at Ocean Downs. The win by Lady Kahn stopped the teletimer in 1:56.4 in a $4,500 conditioned pace at the vacation-land oval.

Trained by his father Don, Milby, a long time fan favourite and mainstay at Ocean Downs, got his first driving win on Dec. 3, 1998 aboard Megamega Dittos at Rosecroft Raceway.
