Nominations for the late-closing events during the upcoming Grand Circuit meet at the Red Mile must be postmarked and are due by Thursday, September 15

Also, race office officials have noted that the conditions for late-closer #14 contain a typographical error in advertisements that have been published.
Conditions for #14 that is scheduled for Thursday, October 6, should read exactly as conditions for late-closer #3 that is scheduled for Thursday, September 29: "PACE, 2-year-old fillies, non-winners of two pari-mutuel races or $25,000 lifetime." Lifetime wins and money conditions for all late-closers are through and including September 1, 2011.
