In preparation for the upcoming Cal Expo harness season, which will get underway on Saturday November 10, the backstretch will open on Saturday, September 15.
The back track will open on Sunday, September 16, while the main track opens September 24. Stall space is available free of charge, click the stall application link attached.
This will be the seventh season of harness racing at Cal Expo under the Watch and Wager LLC banner. Purses have been increased 8 percent over last season and there will be a minimum $40 starter fee.
