Louis Beaton Passes

Louis Anthony Beaton, 68, of Inverness, passed away on June 28 at Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Louis and his wife, Anna, worked together in the fishing industry up until last year.

Louis, Anna and son, Anthony, owned many horses over the years. He had horses such as Shadows Twist, Harbourview Chip, Aahm Cruisin, and latest purchase, Schooner. Schooner races in the top class at Inverness Raceway.

Louis is survived by his wife, Anna (nee MacDonald), his son, Anthony, daughter, Kim Lemal (Robert), Donna Graham (Jake), grandchildren, Carly, Caitlin, and Ethan, brother, Dan Joe (Sally), sisters, Mary Lapierre (Bernie), Tena MacDougall, Annie MacDonald, special cousin, Gloria MacEachern, and many special nieces and nephews.

The service for the late Louis A Beaton took place, Wednesday, July 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Stella Maris Parish, Inverness, Nova Scotia. Burial in Broad Cove Cemetery.
