The 'I Love Canadian Harness Racing' Fan Club Team continues its summer tour and this weekend features a double-header on Saturday night with some great fan and racing events at Georgian Downs and Mohawk Racetrack.
Stop by the Fan Club booth this Saturday, July 20 and enter draws for some great prizes, including betting vouchers and swag. Check out the Fan Club's fantastic summer swag or sign up to join the club for a Winner’s Circle presentation that night. You can find the club on the patio at Georgian or inside the grandstand, near the program booth at Mohawk.
Georgian Downs is hosting 'Horsing Around' this Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with tons of activities including 'WannaDrive' (your chance to ride in a double-seated jog cart with a driver), miniature-horse races, 'Money Machine Madness' and a kids' zone. Races start at 7:25 p.m.
Mohawk Racetrack will be hosting the $543,000 Maple Leaf Trot, the $323,500 Roses Are Red and four Canadian Breeders Championship races. There will be a $75,000 guaranteed Early Pick 4 that night as well. Races start at 7:25 p.m.
