Officials with ‘The Stable’ have announced the details of a bus trip that is being organized which will allow fans of the sport to experience Hambletonian Day at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
Hambletonian Day will take place on Saturday, August 4 at the famed East Rutherford, New Jersey track.
The Stable has secured transportation, accommodation, as well as a large-group area and buffet on the roof of the Meadowlands for Hambo Day.
Organizers are filling the bus quickly and only have 56 seats available. When the bus seats sell out, organizers will be finalizing the transportation portion of the trip.

Trip Package
• $910 per couple.
• All figures are in Canadian funds and include applicable tax.
Travel Dates
• Depart August 3 at 8:00 a.m. from Tomiko Training Centre (arrive 6:00 p.m.).
• Return August 5 at 8:00 a.m. from Holiday Inn Meadowlands (arrive 6:00 p.m.).
Included In The Package
• Round trip transportation from Tomiko Training Centre to the Holiday Inn Meadowlands on a coach bus equipped with WI-FI.
• Hotel accommodations: One room per couple. Singles will be paired with another single of the same sex. There is an option for couples to share a room with another couple for a package cost of $670 per couple. If you have a family, please contact Justin to discuss accommodation options.
• Admission to the Hambletonian and a race-day program.
• Private viewing area at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
Food Ticket For Hambo Day Includes
• Choice of: cheeseburger, two hot dogs, or pulled pork; plus potato salad or coleslaw. Choice of: two waters or one Bud or Bud Lite draft beer.

• Vehicles can be left at Tomiko for the duration of the trip. The Stable and Tomiko Training Centre are not responsible for the security of your vehicle during this time.
• All passengers must have a valid passport for crossing the border.

The Stable has announced that one of its notable three-year-olds, Lawmaker, might be entered to contest the Hambo elims this year, and thus there is a chance that Lawmaker could be racing in the 2018 Hambletonian final. Lawmaker recently recorded a third-place finish in the Earl Beal Jr. Memorial at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono.
