The Woodbine Entertainment Group would like to remind all horsepeople that the deadline for this year’s Girls’ Night Out Pacing Series is quickly approaching.
The series, which consists of two preliminary legs and a final, is for older pacing mares that are non-winners of $30,000 in 2013 as of midnight June 30, with a minimum of five starts this year. Winners of over $100,000 in 2012 are ineligible.
The $18,000 first leg will be contested on Friday, July 26, with the $18,000 second leg taking place one week later on August 2. Twelve horses with the highest point earnings in the series will advance to the $40,000 (added) final on Friday, August 9.
To nominate a mare to this series, a fee of $100 will be accepted until Monday, July 15.

If sending nominations by mail, envelopes must be clearly post-marked no later than the said due date or payment will not be accepted. Registered mail is recommended.
To make the payment online via SC, click on the 'eShop' link at the top of the homepage. You must log in to use this service. Online stake payments will be forwarded directly to stake administrators on your behalf.
