The carryover for the Meadowlands Racetrack’s Late 20-Cent Jackpot Super High-Five now stands at $258,907.
The next time bettors can take a swing at the attractive pot will be in this Friday night’s (June 22) ninth and final race. To rake the pot, one must be the only holder of a ticket bearing the winning combination of the official top five finishers.
The jackpot has not been hit in quite some time. The last time the pool was paid out was on July 29, 2017, when there was a mandatory payout. The current pot has been building since September 8 of last year.
The Big M’s popular 50-Cent Pick-4, which usually has a pool in the $80,000 range, will also be available Friday, with its low 15 per cent takeout.
