Notice Regarding Postal Disruption

Due to the current Canada Post postal disruption, Standardbred Canada is advising its members and any individuals or companies that do business with SC to read the following information

on the numerous ways that transactions can be completed.

Online payments through e-shop

Many of the services and transactions that you currently complete by mail can be done online through SCs e-shop.

Through, e-shop you can:

- Renew and pay for your membership

- Renew and pay your Horse Liability Insurance

- Post and pay for Horses and Items For Sale

- Pay eligibility fees

- Make stake payments

- Purchase a Trot subscription

Internet banking

For all transactions, you can make payments via internet banking as SC is registered with Royal Bank, TD, BMO, and CIBC for the Creditor Bill Payment service. Use your membership or customer number to set up the account. You still need to inform us of what the payment is for and must submit documents wherever required by fax, email or in person.

By phone

Transactions such as SC membership renewals and Eligibility fee payments, which require no signatures, will also be accepted by phone. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard.

Transactions such as MPHRC memberships and transfers of ownership which require signatures will not be accepted by phone.

By fax

Send your documents with your credit card number via fax to 905-858-3111.

In person

Transactions can be completed at SC's Head office at 2150 Meadowvale Blvd., Mississauga, ON, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m EST.

Transactions can also be completed at local racetracks on live or qualifying race dates when an SC Field Representative is present

Scan your documents and email to [email protected] We encourage you not to include your credit card number in your email or attachments. You may call us to provide your credit card number or make payment via internet banking.
