Harrah's Philadelphia will offer a $15,000 guaranteed Pick 4 pool for Thursday's program.
The Pick 4 was uncovered Wednesday leading to a carryover of just under $4,000. The Pick 4 starts in race seven and has a low 15 per cent takeout.
Post time on Thursday is scheduled for 12:40 p.m.
