Stacy’s selections earned him a $50 Fan Club prize package and a $50 gift card to the racetrack of his choice! Congratulations Stacy! Keep an eye out for the Fan Club’s next handicapping contest for Molson Pace night at The Raceway at Western Fair.

Stacy has been an owner, trainer and driver for 10 years on the east coast. Taking last year off from racing due to a hip replacement, he has kept on top of racing action and participates regularly in Fan Club contests.

"All Bets Off is a great little horse on a half mile track. After the elimination race he won, how could you bet against him? I thought Limelight Beach would get to the front first; once the settled after the first quarter, All Bets Off would go to the front and it's hard to beat him when he gets there."

The Fan Club also hosted a contest trackside where fans had to select the winning horse of the day’s major event. An entry was then drawn from the ballot box of the winning horse. Congratulations to Gerry Johnson of Ohsweken, Ontario for selecting All Bets Off!

“I thought (All Bets Off) was the best…nice group of horses and it was great to see the grandstand filled up again…reminded me of years ago.”

Gerry is a former driver-trainer-owner, and drove his first horse at the age of sixteen at Mohawk Racetrack in 1963. Spending the next twenty-one years racing all over Southwestern Ontario and the United States, he last owned a horse in 1984 at Hollywood Park. A regular racing fan, Gerry won a $50 Fan Club prize package as well as a $20 betting voucher!

The I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club’s next stop is The Raceway at Western Fair next for Molson Pace night.
