The Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency will host an information session at The Raceway at Western Fair District on Wednesday, May 25 at 3 p.m. in the paddock lounge.
Steve Suttie, executive director of the CPMA, and Dr. Carolyn Cooper, DVM, director of the CPMA’s Equine Drug Control Program, will discuss a number of issues related to equine drug control, including the 2016 Elimination Guidelines booklet. The session is open to all local horsepeople who wish to attend.
Copies of the booklet will be available for people who do not have one and representatives from the CPMA will be available to answer any questions regarding testing and elimination guidelines.
