Officials with the Prince County Horsemen’s Club have announced the details of the organization’s upcoming annual general meeting.
The AGM will take place on Tuesday, May 22 at Credit Union Place Convention Room ‘A.’
The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.
The following matters shall form a part of the business of the annual meeting:
1. Consideration of the financial statement of the corporation.
2. The appointment of an auditor.
3. New business.
All 2017 members are urged to attend, and any request for items of new business for the agenda can be submitted to any of the directors.
