Horse Racing New Brunswick would like to remind fans and horsemen that opening day for the 2014 season is coming up on Monday, May 19 on Victoria Day.
Also, entries will be accepted up until 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 15. Entries can be made by contacting the Fredericton Raceway office by phone at 1-506-459-3204 or by fax at 1-506-206-2403.
Entries will also be accepted in Saint John by calling 506-636-6927 anytime after 9 a.m.
Horse Racing New Brunswick has also raised the minimum purse on Monday to $800. Ship-ins are more than welcome.
The organization is excited to get the 2014 racing season underway on Monday.
