A tricky Pick 5 sequence on Sunday night (March 29) has resulted in a rare two-day carryover of $8,565 into Monday night (March 30) at Pompano Park.
Track officials have guaranteed Monday night’s total pool at $30,000. The 50-Cent Pick 5 is a nightly wager featured on Races 2 – 6.
The 50-Cent Pick 4 will once again feature a $7,500 guarantee, covering Races 5 – 8.
Multiple tickets were out once again in the Sunday Jackpot Hi-Five, with the consolation returning $761.54. The average consolation payout is now over $600 in the nightly Hi-Five wager, with the jackpot swelling to $79,643 into Monday evening.
Live racing continues at Pompano on a four-night-per-week schedule, with a first post of 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday evenings.
The final Sunday night program of Pompano’s season will be conducted on Sunday, April 5.
