‘Post Time with Mike and Mike,’ presented by BetAmerica, is excited to announce its line-up for Thursday morning (March 22) at 10:30 a.m.
The show will be joined by wrestling legend Ric Flair, who is one of the newest owners in the harness racing industry; Scott Robinson, co-owner of Lost In Time; and Jenn Starr and Jim Beviglia from The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono.
Flair became harness racing's newest owner on February 25 when he received a gift for his 69th birthday from Robinson. Robinson, co-owner of Lost In Time gifted Flair a percentage of the champion colt who received the honour of two-year-old pacing colt of the year in the United States. The Mikes will talk to Flair about his ownership and his future plans with the horse. Lost In Time, now three years old, won five of nine starts last season with earnings of just over $600,000.
Starr and Beviglia, from The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono, will join the program to discuss some of the great promotions coming up at the track. Pocono last played host to all 12 championship races in 2013 and saw Bee A Magician and Captaintreacherous capture victories. Pocono also played host to one of racing’s biggest moments when Sebastian K became the second trotter in history to trot a mile with sub-1:50 speed.
