On January 27, 2011, the Ontario Racing Commission released its decision in the matter of the appeal and request for hearing by the Ontario Harness Horse Association, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and the Northern Horsemen’s Association
with written Reasons to follow.
The ORC today released the reasons for decision in regard to those matters.
