Fredericton Raceway will welcome Kelly Spencer as the guest speaker for this year’s Banquet and Awards
Dinner. Spencer, the Marketing and Communications Director at Grand River Raceway, has accepted the opportunity to appear before a crowd in New Brunswick’s capital city on Friday, March 30 at the Fredericton Motor Inn.
Spencer has been both aggressive and creative in her promotion of the sport of harness racing. She is based primarily at Grand River’s half mile track in Elora, ON.
Former Woodbine Entertainment television host, Chris Connor will return as Master of Ceremonies.
The evening starts with a social hour, beginning at 6:30pm.
Seasonal award winners, including Fredericton’s Horse of the Year, will be revealed. New inductees to the Fredericton Raceway Wall of Fame will also be announced.
Nominations for inductees to the Wall of Fame may be submitted until Friday, March 2. Nomination forms may be acquired at either the Fredericton Exhibition office or Winners Lounge.
Horsemen wishing to stay at the Motor Inn overnight may do so for the special rate of $79.
